Absences:

• Please contact the school office before 9am
• You can either speak to the office staff, leave a voicemail, send a text or send an email

Concerns about your child:

• Please speak to your child's teacher in the first instance

Safeguarding:

• If you are concerned about a child's safety, please contact Miss Illien, Headteacher, who is the Designated Safeguarding Lead via the school office
• If Miss Illien is unavailable, please contact Mrs Pegg, Assistant Headteacher, who is the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead via the school office

When Can I Contact School?

• The school office is open every day, during term-time, between 7.45am-3.30pm
• The phone will usually be answered by Mrs Swallow, Mrs Roberts and Mrs Shore. Equally, any member of staff may answer if they are near the school phone
• The phone may be answered outside of these times. During busy periods, (the start and end of the school day) the phone line may be engaged. Please avoid phoning during these times if possible.
• Emails are monitored during term-times, between the hours of 8am-3.30pm. We aim to respond to emails within 3 working days if they are non-urgent
